What is OryxHub?

OryxHub is the mobile app that instantly connects you to hundreds of top rated services in your area. Get your task done with a few taps, pay electronically and securely, and leave your valuable feedback.

What kind of services do OryxHub provide?

Depending on your area, OryxHub provides hundreds of services from health & beauty services, work around the house, pet sitting and grooming, to car washing and detailing. Download the app and see what is available for you today.

How do I request a service on OryxHub?

  1. Select the service you require from the services slider at the bottom of your screen. Swipe left to view the list of available services.
  2. Move the pin to the location you wish the Service Pro's to arrive at.
  3. Tap "Request Now". You may be asked to add your payment details, promo code (if any), and confirm the request.
  4. Wait for a Service Pro's to accept your request.

When your request has been accepted, you will see your Service Pro's location on the map along with the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) to the location.

How do I get billed for services completed?

Service charges are billed directly to your credit card once the job is completed.

How much do services on OryxHub cost?

OryxHub offers a wide range of services by Service Pro's near you, therefore, the cost of services available varies depending on the type of service and job duration. You will be provided with an estimated cost before requesting a service. A call out charge of one hour for the rate of the Service Pro's will be charged if the service is cancelled within the first hour of starting the job.

What if I need to cancel a service request?

You can cancel a request at any time before or after your request has been accepted by your Service Pro's.

To cancel the request before it is accepted:

  1. Tap the Cancel button.
  2. Confirm Cancellation.

Repeated cancellations will result in the temporary suspension of your account.

To cancel the request after it is accepted:

  1. Tap the Cancel button.
  2. Select the reason for cancellation.
  3. Confirm cancellation.

You may be charged a cancellation fee if your Service Pro's is On Route to the location. Repeated cancellations will result in the temporary suspension of your account.

To cancel a service once the Service Pro's has arrived at the location and started the job:

  1. Tap the Cancel button.
  2. Select the reason for cancellation.
  3. Confirm Cancellation.

A cancellation/ inconvenience fee will be applied. Repeated cancellations will result in the temporary suspension of your account.

My account is suspended, what do I do?

Usually OryxHub will automatically suspend your account for 24 hours. Repeated suspensions will result in the cancellation of your account. You may dispute this with our team directly by emailing us on support@oryxhub.com where you will be requested to provide a detailed description of why your account should not be suspended or blocked.

How do I contact my Service Pro's?

After your request is accepted, you can use the app to contact your Service Pro's by text message or phone call. Service Pro's are able to use their app to contact you as well. To contact a Service Pro's, tap the call icon provided on the current job window and then choose from options for getting in touch.

How can I get a payment receipt?

When a job is completed, you will automatically receive an invoice to the email address linked to your OryxHub account. If you are not receiving your invoices, please check the spam folder of this email address. You can review your email address in the profile section of the application and update it if required.

Where can I review my jobs history?

OryxHub app has a section called Requests which includes the history of every request you have made. To review, select Requests from the app menu. For a full review, select any specific request from the listing and view the price breakdown and the Service Pro's details.

What is the benefit of a referral code?

Get discounts by inviting friends to sign up with OryxHub. To see your referral code, tap "Tell a Friend" in the app menu. You can share your referral code by tapping Tell a Friend and selecting one of the options available. These include text message, email, and sharing on online Social Media platforms.

When your friends sign up using your referral code, they will get a discount on their service request. Once a friend has completed two service requests with OryxHub, you will also receive a discount on your next request.

How can I get a rate estimate on OryxHub app?

Depending on the available Service Pro's around, you can get an hourly rate estimate by following these steps:

  1. Select the service you require from the bottom slider.
  2. Fare estimates are displayed directly below each service.
  3. These estimates do not include any promotions that are active on your account.

How do ETAs work?

Before you request a service, our app provides you with an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) of the nearest Service Pro's for your requested service. This time estimates how long the nearby Service Pro's should take to arrive at your location. Once your request is accepted by a Service Pro's, the app provides you with an ETA for when your Service Pro's will arrive at your pinned location.

How do I set my payment profile?

Profiles helps you manage Personal, Business, and Family jobs separately. We ensure that all the jobs taken under any specific profile are charged from the respective card entered. Receipts for those jobs will be sent to the email linked to that profile. You can create different profiles within your main OryxHub account. To create a payment profile:

  1. Tap the settings options from side menu.
  2. Select your profile from different options.
  3. Link your credit or debit card.
  4. Link your email address to the selected profile.
  5. Add members to your payment profile and start managing your requests accordingly.

How can I raise a dispute?

OryxHub comes with an in-app support feature, so if you have an issue with a request, you can submit a help request from the requests section. Submitting an issue directly from the app allows our support team to get you help faster!

  1. Tap the menu icon.
  2. Go to Requests from side menu.
  3. Select the request for which you would like to raise a dispute.
  4. Click the 3 dots at the top right.
  5. Tap on Help and select the reason for dispute.
  6. Provide additional details and submit the dispute.

How are Service Pro's rated?

After each job is completed, you will be prompted to rate your Service Pro's using a rating from 1 to 5 stars. One being bad, 5 being excellent. You will also have the option to submit in-depth descriptive feedback. To serve you better, we advise you rate all your completed jobs.
